What is the best bow draw weight for me?
It depends on your condition and personal predispositions, although I always recommend a bow that is weaker than too strong. You may feel comfortable taking a few shots from a too strong bow, but you will quickly get tired and the pleasure will turn into fighting with the bow. I recommend beginner women bows in the 25-32 pound range, for men 30-38 pounds.
What is my draw length?
If you don’t know what draw length you have, there is a simple method to determine it. Take your height in inches and divide by 2.5. The score will determine the string length in inches for shooting a mediterranean draw.
What are the best bow care tips?
Never shoot a bow dry. Store it with the bowstring removed. Do not use a damaged string. You can find more tips on how to care for your bow HERE.

The height of the string or BH (Brace Height) depends on the model of the bow, but is usually 7 to 8 inches (with some exceptions). You can adjust it by twisting or unscrewing the string.
